Job Description

Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) is a structured educational approach that combines theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience in a workplace setting.

Our programme bridges the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice by allowing students to apply classroom concepts to real-world situations, typically through supervised placements.

The primary goal of WIL is to enhance students’ employability by developing relevant skills and preparing them for the workplace before graduation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Unemployed South African citizens
  • Aged between 18 to 35
  • Who are students from TVET Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification, are invited to apply.
  • Applicants must provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields of study:

Electrical Engineering N6

  • Electrician
  • Instrumentation

Mechanical Engineering N6

  • Fitting and Turning
  • Platter / Boilermaker
  • Welder

Civil Engineering N6

  • Plumber
  • Carpenter

Automotive Engineering N6

  • Motor Mechanic
  • Auto Electrician
  • Diesel Mechanic
