Job Title: Yard Coordinator

Location: Isando , Gauteng

Check vehicles in and out as per SOP and check sheet
Take pictures of vehicle on dispatch
Indicate new damages on vehicle return
Take pictures of new damages on vehicle return
Ensure the check sheets are completed accurately (client to sign out or on termination of hire and for new damages, correct date and time, driver information, etc.)
Notify Operations of new damages immediately
Notify Branch Manager of any issues noticed or items that need to be addressed (e.g broken building window, burnt light bulb and etc. )
Responsible for keys in and out to drivers
All vehicle winds to be closed and keys put away at close of business daily
Ensure the yard is clean and tidy at all times
Ensure all vehicles are clean and ready for rental / use
Compile daily yard list on the system
Affix and check condition of all license discs
Ensure all vehicles tools and spare wheel are correct and in place for vehicles in the yard ready for dispatch
All vehicles are to be full and ready for dispatch and full on return (de-hire)
Check all tyres (road legal tread), condition and pressure
